1.采用光電控制，使上片、刷耳、輸送、切耳、刷邊框及分片連續完成，自動化程度高，節約大量人工；
2.極板輸送軌道、刷子可精確調節，適應極板尺寸的變化，修正刷子的磨損；滾刷拆裝操作簡便。
3.采用鋸片或滾切方式切耳； 刷邊是沿極板縫隙方向刷板；
4.極板刷耳切耳、刷邊框過程中的機械動作和輸送無極板的撞擊，有效的防止極板活性物質的脫落和疏松，切耳、刷邊框時設備原因所造成廢品率低。
5.本機采用密封結構，設備底部和局部配有吸塵接口，以及底部設置鉛粉大顆粒集塵斗，方便清掃和整理。符合環保要求，大大節約環保成本；
6.設備結構合理，采用集中潤滑方式，電控箱與整機分離杜絕傳統電控箱易進粉塵等特點；

technical advantages in our company,Terui brushing and cutting machine is a new
equipment developed for producing big accumulator plates in lead-acid batteries. It
automatically completes the cutting,brushing the side and frame to avoid manual

Equipment Features:
1)The use of
photoelectric control facilitates the completion of
uploading,brushing,transporting,cutting,brushing the frame and separation with
high degree of automation,and hence saving a lot of labor;
2.極板輸送軌道、刷子可精確調節，適應極板尺寸的變化，修正刷子的磨損；滾刷拆裝操作簡便。
